Salcombe Preparatory School is an independent school for boys and girls 3-11 years. Located on two neighbouring sites in Southgate, North London, Salcombe is served by excellent road and rail links which run throughout Enfield, Barnet, Middlesex and Hertfordshire.Salcombe's curriculum from pre-school through to Year 6 is tailored to the needs of the pupils and their future aspirations. We keep our classes small. From pre-school upwards, our pupils enjoy specialist teaching in French, Music, Art and PE. This subject-specialist teaching increases so that by Year 3, our pupils enjoy the responsibility of learning to a timetable not dissimilar to the one they will encounter at secondary school.We enjoy close links with the local community in order to provide the best extra-curricular provision, and provide outstanding preparation for 11+.
